Ballerina was afraid of the waves. This is a totally fake smile:
She wasn't too excited to be near the beach. She started to complain about the smell (and it wasn't fishy or gross smelling either!).
Sweetie had a TOTAL blast. She LOVES the beach.
Everyone was collecting cool beach rocks.

We headed back. Sweetie liked chasing the seagulls. The ocean was SUCH a beautiful color!

Yes, Ballerina was kind of a party pooper about walking on the beach. Sweetie is definitely in love with the beach. Although she is willing to run off and go to dangerous areas sometimes. I look forward to being able to trust their judgment a little more :)
What a great idea of HH's parents! They got to spend one-on-one time with each other families as well as give each family a great vacation.
PS We went to the beach last week too. I just need to get around to posting...
LOVE love the new pictures! funny how cpt A loved eating the sand. We are planning a beach trip this week as well. Also I like the new blog look. I FINALLY changed mine.
