SNOW Snow snow!

Utah in December sometimes equals snow. It did this year! We were so excited to go play in it.
Sweetie enjoyed chucking snow at me.
And making snow angels.
Ballerina made one as well.
Papa R took the kids on a little sled ride.
They loved that.
Ballerina scooped up snow as they went and piled it in her lap.
Then Sweetie tried sledding down the little hill. She LOVED it.
She went down over and over.
Sweetie is my little daredevil. I never would have expected it from my sweet little reader, but she just LOVES this kind of thing. Look at her going face first. Ballerina had no interest in trying the sled out.
But Captain Adorable wanted a turn.
And he was a fan of sledding!
Ballerina was happy to sit and build her "snow cake."
She loved it when Grandma brought out some blue-dyed water to dye her snow cake.Grandma J came out to play.
Sweetie's rain boots were too big. We should have bought them snow boots early on.
Grandma made a bunch of snow balls.
And a snow ball fight ensued.
Everyone against Papa.
Me and my little boy.
Grandma J took a turn sledding down the hill. Then Grandma took a turn pulling the kids in the sled.
We enjoyed some hot cocoa afterwards.

Wow, your dad took the kids on a manual snow ride! That requires too much work...but then building snow caves isn't too easier either.

I guess those small sledding trips were building up to the bid sledding. Cpt A's face while on the sled looks so chubby and funny.
