It was so pretty down there and made me want to come back downtown for some photo shoots. WITHOUT the kids, though. It was a little too scary with all the shady people. I certainly had my fill of second hand smoke. We are used to our safe suburbs!
This is Skidmore fountain:
We caught the Max light rail to go to the mall at Pioneer Square.
The kids LOVED riding the train.
After ice cream cones we hopped back on the Max.
And visited Voodoo Doughnuts. I enjoyed the toasted coconut doughnut (any surprise that I gained a pound this week?).

You want to return to downtown? We can go back this Sat for our date night if you want. We can explore and look around, but it will be too dark for good pics.
