Gilbert House

Ruthann stayed and napped with Captain Adorable so that Handsome Husband and I could take the girls to the Gilbert House (Children's Museum).Sweetie was painting in the China room.
It was one of her "Cookie Mans" that she always draws.
Handsome Husband and Ballerina had tea.
Handsome Husband visited the Great Wall.
We took pictures on the oversized rocking chair.
Notice my new boots and jeans. We spent a lot of time in the bubble room this time around. This picture is so cool, you can see the bubble in mid-pop.
Sweetie wanted to pop the bubble.
There was a new Oregon room to play in.
Ballerina enjoyed pretending the milk a cow.
Sweetie was scared of the cow because it moo'd really loudly.
Handsome Husband loves the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle room.
This is how Sweetie uses scissors.
Sweetie loved dressing up and playing in the theater room.
This is a big cell in the middle of the outdoor play structure.
It was fun to just focus on the girls and not worry about Captain Adorable running away at the museum.

I love Sweetie's Cookie Mans. They remind me of my drawings. Her nursery teacher said she is very advanced and detailed in how she draws and colors.

The Gilbert house is small, but lots of fun. The bubble room and outside maze are probably my favorites. I always like to make something in the craft room to help encourage the kids creativity in there.

I love Sweetie's pose dressed as that flower. She has really gotten better at imagining over the last few months.
