The girls really love their daddy. He is so much fun.

Ballerina was getting creative with the crayons. I made her put her foot down right after I took this picture.

Handsome Husband is just such an incredible father. He loves his boy.

Cheesy grins.
The lighting was really weird, so editing was hard.
This is a game that Handsome Husband taught the kids. They push on his nose and he pops his tongue out. Then they pull on his right ear and his tongue moves to the right. They pull on his left ear and his tongue moves to the left.
When he closes his mouth he says "Gum." The kids LOVE it and they play it with me, too. The girls like to try doing it with their own tongues as well.
Sweetie and her hat.
Ballerina and Handsome Husband tickling each other.
Handsome Husband's birthday/Easter Sunday was quite the adventure. We all went to church, but I took Captain Adorable and Ballerina home after the first hour. Cpt A was still cranky from his ear infections and Ballerina was super tired. I was putting my first Easter dinner together (it was my first time cooking the whole thing for guests- my grandparents). About 15 minutes before Handsome Husband brought Sweetie home (a little early because her ear was hurting as well), Captain Adorable slipped in his new Sunday pants and cracked the back of his head on the corner of a baseboard. Poor boy! Handsome Husband took him to Urgent Care for staples while I served Easter dinner to my grandparents. So Handsome Husband missed Easter dinner and had to spend part of his birthday at the hospital. I was glad I didn't have to be there to hear my baby screaming.
Captain Adorable perked up after and he enjoyed helping Handsome Husband open his presents. Here he is kissing Daddy's new shirt.
Handsome Husband's parents gave him this game and shirt. My parents and I gave Handsome Husband a new lawn mower. Handsome Husband loves taking care of our tiny yard. Home Depot is his favorite store.
Handsome Husband was the thief and he almost stole all the paintings before I caught him. :)

I am so sorry Captain Adorable hurt his head and had to get stitches!!! That is such a scary thing as a mom when you're baby is in pain and you can't do anything about it!!! Crazy Sunday.
A few years back I had a collision playing ultimate frisbee and had to get 8 or 10 stitches along the same part of my head. Heads bleed a lot so sometimes it can look scarier than it is (I think I ruined some poor guy's car that took me to the ER.) But there was very little pain. During the stitching they gave me a local anesthetic. I kind of felt like my head was full of sand but no pain whatsoever. So hopefully Captain A didn't feel pain either. Love your little family. Glad he's okay.
I am glad you are happy with me as a father and husband. I truly love our kids and think they are great. I always enjoy going out with teh family...never a boring time!
I have to credit that tongue game to my dad. He is an amazing dad and has been an amazing example to me.
Amazingly enough, in comparing head sizes by hat, I believe Sweetie has a larger head than Ballerina!
That caper game was a lot of fun, I hope that Fernando eventually passes it along.
Between all the events and chaos, I definitely felt loved on my birthday. Speaking of which, do you have any plans for yours? Or are we going to be so gung-ho for Disney it will just be a side note?
Nice- Not So Nice. How do you play that game?!
